This Initiative focuses on compliance with safety and health requirements when temporary workers are employed under the joint employment of a staffing agency and a host employer.

Quarterly New Resources Reports highlight new compliance assistance resources issued by OSHA, grantees under OSHA's Susan Harwood Grant Program, participants in OSHA's Alliance Program, and NIOSH.

New Resources Reports
OSHA has proposed a rule to increase the safety of America’s construction sites. The proposal clarifies crane operator certification requirements and reinstates the employer duty to ensure that a crane operator is qualified to safely operate equipment. Comments must be submitted by June 20. For details, read the news release.
