While all of the claims covered by Signal Mutual Indemnity Association Ltd are managed and administered by Signal Administration, Inc. with a team of claims managers and administration specialists located in Wilton, Connecticut and Long Beach, California who provide the Member employers with complete claims service support, that diverse team is supported by Legal Counsel, internally and externally.

In the sections compiled on the Signal website, the legal and claims team has provided information available to all visitors on this site. The secure sections include detailed guidance on legal and claims procedures as well as legal issues together with specific contact information for the claims managers and the Association’s General Legal Counsel.
